The Château de Saulon is located in Saulon-La-Rue, a small village in the Côte d'Or between Beaune and Dijon (Burgundy), a few steps from the Route des Grands Crus.

The Château de Saulon, located 20 minutes from Dijon and only 2 hours from Paris, offers an ideal setting for seminars. The charm of the buildings, the quality of the infrastructures and the serenity that emanates from the 27 hectares of greenery make it a place perfectly suited to reflection and teamwork.

The establishment provides four meeting rooms and a sub-committee area that can accommodate from 10 to 110 people. They are modular and therefore lend themselves to any type of professional event: study day or ½ study day, congress, conference, management committee, meeting, seminar...

The latest addition to the hotel is the elegant 360m2 Orangery, located on the edge of the woods and accessible by a bridge across the Sans-Fond, which can accommodate up to 270 guests for a meal and 300 for a cocktail. It is a particularly suitable place for festive evenings, with an overall view of the property.

The hotel has 42 rooms, divided between the Castle, the Barn and the Pavilion. Each of these buildings offers a
