The Gîtes Poney Club Saint Sauveur includes :

- 5 bedrooms with 7 to 8 beds + 1 bedroom with 1 bed, with 4 toilets, 4 showers, 2 rooms with washbasins and a bathroom with toilet for P.M.R.;
- a large room with stage (113m2), tables and chairs;
- a television, a billiard table, an upright piano, a table football, a ping pong table, a trampoline;
- a large professional kitchen fully equipped with piano, 2 ovens, fridge, cold room, freezer, 2 dishwashers, dishwasher, coffee machine and percolator, etc.

The gite can only be occupied *only* by one group. You will have sole use of the site. We can offer you board or half board formulas on estimate. For more details, do not hesitate to contact us.

The gîte is very easy to access, 1h15 from Bordeaux and 7km from Bergerac, in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre, in the middle of the Pécharmant vineyards, referenced on googlemaps, and its website has the same name.

The gîte allows you to rent the whole Club every day, all year round for your group.
The self-catering rental includes: the reception room, the kitchen, 5 bedrooms (7 to 8 beds, up to 40 people).

RATES :

Weekly package (from Monday evening to Friday morning) :
. per night : 556 €.
. the extra night (except weekends): + 445 €.

Weekend package (from Friday evening to Sunday evening) :
. the 2 nights : 1.112 €.
. the extra night : + 445 €.

Long weekend package (holidays or bridge) :
. the 3 nights : 1.556 €.
. the extra night: + 445 € For the end of year celebrations (Christmas and New Year's Eve), price on request.

Fixed price for motorhome pitch: + 56 €.

Timetable: 7pm on the day of arrival to 7pm on the day of departure.

Are provided: Household products + cleaning materials, bin bags, toilet paper.
Cold room, fridge, dishwasher, piano 2 ovens, and 2 microwave ovens.
Heating included.
For babies possible equipment : umbrella beds, high chairs, etc.
The cleaning is at the expense of the tenant (a guarantee cheque of 300 € will be requested on arrival).
Optional: Filling of the beds: 10 € full cleaning costs (sheets, blankets, duvets, etc.).

Terms of payment: 30% at the signature of the contract
Payment of the balance on departure
Security deposit 1.500 € (including 300 € household guarantee and 1.200 € other damages or losses) returned after inventory within 10 days Payment by bank transfer, cheque or cash
