From large symposiums and conferences to world-class performances this venue serves audiences both locally and internationally.  This multi-purpose venue has over 20 different spaces and rooms including  Auditoriums, Conference Rooms, Boardrooms, Exhibition Areas, Green Rooms and Dressing Rooms, there is a unique space suitable for every event.

The Helix is located on Dublin City University (DCU) Campus in Glasnevin, North Dublin. It is just a short drive from Dublin city centre, Dublin airport, and the M50 (Ballymun Exit) and M1 motorways. The campus is bordered by Ballymun Road and Collins Avenue. Access to the campus by car is by Collins entrance only.

On campus there is a range of accommodation options including hot buffet breakfast during the summer months with both standard and superior rooms. The superior apartments are impeccably designed and are equipped with TVs, while all of our apartments have tea/coffee making facilities and a shared living and kitchen area. There are also visitor suites which are available throughout the year. These comfortable and luxurious apartments are ideal for delegates, visiting academics and plenary speakers at conferences.

Alternatively, we have teamed up with a number of 4**** accommodation providers in Dublin within a 5 mile radius where a booking link for delegates can be offered. The majority of hotels offer free transport to and from Dublin Airport and free transfers to and from The Helix, therefore ensuring the link between your venue and your bed will be a short and seamless one.
