Welcome to Domaine de Locguénolé & Spa, a Beautiful Life Hotels property. Nestled in the heart of a wooded park spanning over twenty hectares, the estate offers breathtaking views of the Blavet estuary… providing a unique setting conducive to peace and serenity.

A member of Relais & Châteaux since 1970, our establishment is above all an emblematic location in Brittany, now opening a new chapter in its history after three years of renovation.

The spaces have been completely redesigned to offer an entirely new stay experience, inspired by the Route des Indes, a nod to Lorient’s rich history.

 
Accommodations
Freshly renovated, Domaine de Locguénolé & Spa draws inspiration from the themes of travel and the Compagnie des Indes. Most of the estate’s rooms are spread across four buildings: the Château, the Manoir, the Orangerie, and the Club, each with its own unique character and décor. The accommodation offering is complemented by three unconventional lodgings nestled in the heart of a century-old tree park.

 
Gastronomy
The estate’s cuisine has been entirely imagined by Yann Maget, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2023, who has worked with some of the finest culinary teams (Yannick Alléno, Pierre Gagnaire, Mickaël Tusk, Kei Kobayashi, Eric Fréchon...). He offers a gastronomic experience at L'Inattendu and a bistro-style menu at La Maison Alyette.

Blending both land and sea, Breton gastronomy is rooted in an exceptionally diverse terroir. Guests can enjoy a refined cuisine that embraces both the ocean’s treasures and the rich lands of Brittany. The menu is seasonally driven, with a strong focus on exceptional ingredients and producers.

In the same spirit, pastry chef Annabelle Leveque, formerly of Castelbrac in Dinard and Castel Clara in Belle-Île-en-Mer, creates exquisite desserts, true gourmet signatures where balance and indulgence are the guiding principles.

 
Well-being
Spa Macha is named in tribute to the Celtic goddess who protects horses. This haven of peace, set in the heart of nature, is now a cozy retreat offering relaxation and serenity—an idyllic escape where guests can indulge in expert therapies and skincare that resonate with the spirit of the estate. Inspired by the equestrian world, the spa’s décor adds a distinctive charm to the space.
