The hotel is bounded on one side by the stream of Ribes forming a brackish water lagoon. This space is included in the inventory of wetlands of Catalonia and has associated natural interest communities and habitats of community interest. On the other hand, the front area of the hotel is also classified as natural interest for its great biodiversity.

The hotel has 130 rooms and apartments spread over four floors and three views; sea, sea and golf and pool view. All with natural light. The golf course is a private, independent club of the Sunway facilities but gives its name to its proximity to the hotel.
