Why the change?
A few years ago, the Covid-19 crisis rocked our industry. Confinements, restrictions and a sudden halt to travel brought group and event activity to a screeching halt. Like many players in the tourism industry, we were forced to take a step back... and think about the future.
Rather than wait, we chose to reinvent ourselves. These years have been an opportunity to start from scratch: we have rethought all our systems, and taken advantage of everything we had learned over the years from our customers and hotel partners.
The result is Backyou, a software package designed in close collaboration with hoteliers to meet their business needs and help them manage and develop their B2B business.
