45 minutes south of Toulouse in Ariège (09), our Residence l'Oustal del Carlat *** is an ideal place to welcome groups and seminars.

2 rooms to rent :

- Room of 100m² with view on the lake - equipped kitchen - for 50 people maximum

- 300m² roomfor groups up to 150 people, the communal room of Flots bleus accessible on foot from the Residence can be rented (300m² - 2 spaces of 150m² - stage and catering kitchen - view on the lake)

Lodging in our 60 vacation houses (2 to 4 bedrooms) from 22€ per night and per person (18€ from 3 nights).

Each house has a kitchen

2 heated swimming pools (open from April to October depending on the weather) including 1 shallow pool for children

1 barbecue area

2 partner restaurants within walking distance as well as caterers
