Located in
the south of Annecy, this hotel guarantees you easy access on foot, by bike, or
by car in the old neighborhoods of Annecy as in all the various tourist sites
of the Haute-Savoie region.  Our hotel is
in a traditional architecture building, and has a parking lot and green spaces.
We offer 45 rooms, all non-smoking, on three levels.

Each of
them has a bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV and Free Wi-Fi.  The hotel is on the outskirts of the Verts
Prés business district, ten minutes by car from Annecy-Meythet Airport and the
closest SNCF train station. Also close to highway A41 (exit 16) and highway
N201, you can quickly get from the hotel to Chambéry, going south, or to
Geneva, going north, in about forty minutes. If you are here as a tourist, you
can also walk to the old city of Annecy in less than ten minutes.

But you can
also take a short trip to see Mont Blanc and the various surrounding mountains
from the top of Chatillon Crest, on Semnoz Mountain. Unless you prefer to go
explore the Fier Gorges that are classified among the greatest natural
curiosities of the French Alps. In winter, you can easily get to the ski slopes
in the Haute-Savoie region, as many resorts are less than an hour away.
