Ospitalità Bakhita
70 Via della Stazione di Ottavia, 00135 Roma, Italy
“Ospitalità Bakhita ” is closely linked to the Canossian Family: an original adventure that began way back in 1808 in Verona, to the genius of a young woman, the Marchioness Magdalene of Canossa.
Promoting the less fortunate, in the spirit of the Gospel, it was his passion, and not only in Italy, but worldwide and where the need was greater.
Today the Canossian Mothers are present in 35 countries and among the long line of followers Maddalena di Canossa stands the name of the Sudanese saint, Mother Josephine Bakhita.
