Each apartment has 4 bedrooms and one or even 2 living rooms that can be used as bedrooms. They are located on the top 3 floors of a building.

5 bathrooms and 3 toilets for the 2 apartments.

A huge rooftop of 80m2 completes the whole.

NOCNOC welcomes up to 14 travellers in each apartment occupying the last two private floors of a building located in the city centre. In the heart of Marseille, discover the rooftop of the Coliseum. Relax or play ping-pong while enjoying the Marseille sunshine. A few steps from the tranmway, you can easily move at your convenience. Come and enjoy the sun of Marseille!

You will find in the lower part of the apartment :

ideal place for professionals, friends or families wishing to discover our beautiful Phocaean city

1 elevator is present in the building up to the 5th floor (the apartment is located on the 5th and 6th floors)

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the large living room and the small living room only. The

rooms

are not equipped with air conditioning.

All our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi connection, hotel quality towels and bed linen, toiletries. You will be able to reach a member of our team throughout your stay. The check-in/out can be done independently thanks to a key box on the landing.

Cleaning is included in the rental. The cleaning costs will therefore be directly included in the total price displayed.

We ask a supplement of 10€ per hour for late check-in (after the regular check-in time).

The apartments are perfect for your professional events (seminars, trainings, travels...) thanks to a large living room and a large table

. A

deposit is required for each apartment as well as a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will be debited only in case of problems during your stay. In case of a party or a complaint from the neighbours about noise after 10 pm the totality of the deposit will be debited.

For late check-in (after the regular check-in time) we ask an extra charge of 10€ per hour.
