Located on rue Saint Ferréol in the heart of downtown Marseille, NOCNOC offers a newly renovated apartment in the former Galeries Lafayette building.

An ideal location to stroll in front of the shop windows or to go to the old port, located at 3 minutes on foot.

The little extra: All our travellers benefit from a welcome Spritz to be enjoyed at the building's Roof Top restaurant. What better way to refresh yourself and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Old Port of Marseille!

Each room has a 140x190cm bed and its own bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.

The Callelongue, Figuerolles, Erevine and Niolon apartments each have a terrace with a view of the port.

The apartments are being furnished to our usual standards, the photos are not contractual, but we promise you that it will be perfect.

All our apartments and houses are equipped with free Wi-Fi connection, hotel quality towels and sheets, and toiletries.

You will be able to reach a member of our team throughout your stay.

The cleaning fee is directly integrated in the total price. They include the cleaning, the provision during your stay of bed linen, bath linen, bath mats and kitchen towels, all cleaned by professionals according to the anti-covid process.

A deposit of 500€ is required for the apartment, a pre-authorization on your card will be made the day before your arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure. The deposit will only be debited if there are any problems during your stay.

We ask a supplement of 10 € per hour for late check-in (beyond the regular check-in time).

In case of a party or a complaint from the neighbours for noise after 10 pm, the whole deposit will be debited. Our apartments are now equipped with decibel meters Roomonitor which trigger an alarm as soon as the maximum allowed noise level is exceeded.
