The 30,000 sqm farmhouse is surrounded by olive trees, palm trees, fruit trees, flowers and enjoys a spectacular and unique view of Assisi.

The 09 Apartments of about 60 square meters with fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, two bathrooms, one with shower, wi-fi, TV, safe with key, bed linen and bath set and courtesy set per person with weekly change, all overlooking the garden or park.

The 03 Double rooms of about 17 square meters with bathroom, air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, safe with key, bed linen and bath set and courtesy set per person with weekly change, all overlooking the garden or park.

The 04 Double Rooms with mezzanine with warming corner, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, mezzanine with double bed divisible into two single beds, wi-fi, TV, safe with key, bed linen and bath set and courtesy set per person with weekly change.

There is a beautiful infinity pool with Jacuzzi also open to the public during the summer season (June, July, August and mid-September). It is compulsory to wear a bathing cap and shower before entering the pool for obvious health and hygiene reasons. The pool is open from 9.30 am to 7 pm.

In the park there is an outdoor play area equipped for children, a grass football field, a beach volleyball court, an area equipped among the olive trees with two barbecues and wooden tables, two table football tables for adults and one for children, a pinball machine and many other attractions.

The bar with seasonal opening located in front of the pool offers many culinary delights and aperitifs in the evening to delight and pamper our guests. The restaurant is also organized to host weddings, reunions, baptisms, confirmations, communions and birthdays with the possibility of using a dedicated area by the pool or in the park to celebrate with a rich and nice buffet.

A large parking area is available to welcome coaches inside our structure.

The Continental Breakfast is served as a buffet in the Restaurant.

In addition, our restaurant, by reservation and upon reaching a minimum of 30 people, offers a careful and scrupulous service of traditional home cooking based on quality and freshness of products used and served daily.

The Park is crossed by pedestrian and bicycle paths and has a large free parking area inside and safely accessible to coaches for groups, visits and guests arriving at our facility.

The Farmhouse Il Casale di Monica is 2 km from Santa Maria degli Angeli then 4 minutes by car, 5 km from the Lower and Upper Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi then 10 minutes by car.
