The Hotel Settentrionale Esplanade,
built in 1923, it is located in the heart of Montecatini Terme at the beginning of the
century-old park and a few steps from the spa, close to the area
shopping and at the entrance of the Funicular to reach Montecatini
Tall.

The hotel is always
belonged to the same family (to this day the third generation has the

Classic with the same comfort as the Classic rooms of the Esplanade but the

and events having two different private rooms: The Mother Room with 120 seats at
stalls and the Piano Room with 45 modular seats (stalls, Banquet, Cabaret).

flip-flops, microphone, amplification system, DVD player, kit for
meeting and Wi-Fi. To accompany other small rooms, a veranda
