Located in the former home of Monsieur Crépelle, owner of the Crépelle & Co factory, built at the beginning of the 20th century, Les Salons de l'Urban welcomes you to a setting steeped in history for your seminars and corporate events. Accommodation:

The Urban Hotel offers 40 comfortable rooms in a warm, modern style, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Our rooms, in four different categories, range in size from 10 to 25 m² and are equipped with :

- Office area - Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletries and toiletries

- Free broadband Internet connection

- Flat-screen TV with satellite and Canal+ channels

- Espresso machine, tea and water

The reception is open 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have, and offers a luggage storage service. Our multilingual staff (French, English, Spanish, Russian and German) are committed to making your stay unforgettable.

Breakfast and Catering :

Start your day with our breakfast, served from 6:30am to 10am on weekdays and until 11am on weekends. You'll find pastries, regional charcuterie, local jams, cereals and fresh fruit juices.

The Rococo Restaurant welcomes you for lunch and dinner from Monday to Friday and on Saturday evenings. With capacity for 30 diners, chef Antoine offers a seasonal menu featuring local produce. The terrace is open from April to September to enjoy the fine weather.

Meeting rooms and events:

Les Salons de l'Urban offers five reception rooms ranging from 25 to 120 m², with theater seating for up to 90 people. Each room has natural daylight and is equipped with a video projector (connected via HDMI cable, Click Share or Chromecast), flipchart and paper supplies. Our rooms, renovated by an interior designer, are decorated in an artistic, modern style that respects the charm of the past.

Everything is possible at Les Salons de l'Urban! Our passionate teams and many talented partners (artists, technical service providers, decorators, team-building agencies, caterers, etc.) do their utmost to realize your wildest requests and make your events a success.

Environment and accessibility:

The hotel is located close to Lille-Flandres train station (15 minutes by metro to Lille-Porte de Valenciennes station). The airport is 15 minutes away by car, and freeway access is 800 meters away. We also have a free 20-space parking lot, which cannot be reserved and is subject to availability.
