CULTURAL EVASION IN A MARSEILLE HOTELThe Best Western Hôtel du MuCEM is close to the Museum of Civilization of Europe and the Mediterranean, the famous MuCEM. It's a 10-minute walk to the museum, and 15 minutes to the Old Port. Thanks to the metro, our hotel is close to the Marseille Saint-Charles train station (10-minute walk). Facing the docks from which ferries depart for Corsica, it occupies a central position in Euroméditerranée, Marseille's new economic and cultural center. We would like to inform you that major redevelopment and embellishment work on rue Mazenod is underway until March 2022 (for the segment between rue J-F. Leca and boulevard des Dames).

As a result, traffic on the street is limited to one lane, and parking is no longer permitted. Pedestrians must use the dedicated crossings to cross the street.

HOW TO GET TO OUR HOTEL From Paris, or Marseille Marignane airport, enter Marseille on the A55 freeway. Exit at Quai du Lazaret, which becomes Quai de la Joliette. Continue 500 meters before turning left onto rue Marchetti, which in turn, after a left turn, becomes rue Mazenod, where a drop-off point awaits you in front of the Best Western Hôtel MuCEM.

OUR ROOMSOur rooms have a lively Provencal feel, with a palette of bright colors for both furniture and parquet flooring. They are equipped with free high-speed Internet access and television, and welcome gifts await you. Our Single rooms accommodate one person. Our Comfort rooms for one or two people offer 3-star quality and feature a large double bed. Our larger Superior rooms have either a double bed or twin beds.

BREAKFAST AND RESTAURATIONEvery day, from 7am to 10am, a buffet breakfast is served in the dining room. Viennese pastries, jams, fruit juices, cold meats and dairy products ensure a good start to the day. An express formula, in the adjoining room, allows you to have breakfast as early as 6:30 a.m. For lunches and dinners (or any other cravings during the day), our 24-hour room service lets you choose from a range of starters, main courses and desserts served in your room.

But you may prefer the picturesque charm of Le Panier, the historic old town of Marseille, just a 5-minute walk from our hotel, which languishes in the sunshine.
