On foot from the Appart'Hotel, you can reach the Loire River in 5 minutes and the Dukes of Brittany castle in 15 minutes.

The Appart'Hotel Appart'City Nantes Cité des Congrès offers comfortable and independent 3-star accommodation with private parking and free Wi-Fi. The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm. Our Appart'Hotel has 82 apartments, from the twin studio to the family apartment for 6 people. All are furnished and equipped with a kitchen including electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, an extractor hood, a coffee maker, a dining table as well as dishes and kitchen utensils.The numerous storage spaces, the LCD screen and the office space will satisfy the professionals or the students on a long stay. Some of our apartments also have a balcony or terrace, ideal for relaxing. For more comfort, our team recommends that you opt for the à la carte services such as cleaning, parking or laundry.

Professionals will appreciate the proximity of our establishment to the Cité des Congrès and the SNCF train station and car rental companies.
