Montenegro is probably not the best known of the republics created by the break-up of Yugoslavia. Touristically, this small country lives in the shadow of Croatia with which it shares a small border. If your group chooses to fly to Montenegro, it will be able to land at Podgorica Airport, the country's capital. However, Dubrovnik is another alternative to reach Montenegro by plane.
